In order to solve the feeding material into extruder, we improve the design of force feeder, what's more, we plus a big storage for crushed material. We do this because crusher has time to rest for a while and then go on working smoothly.

This line consists of belt conveyor, crusher, big storage, single screw extruder, twin screw extruder, cooling water tank, pelletizer, final product silo.
Consideration for our customer we will design different line for our customer:

2: According to your material, you may choose different devices.
